France’s fourth-largest metropolis, an international crossroad and a dynamic economic center, Lille is also renowned for being a “City of Art and History.” In 2004, it was designated to be the European Capital of Culture.

As an exchange student at Sciences Po Lille, you have access to a large number of courses, a selection of which are taught in English. Courses are typically worth 4-5 European credits (ECTS), and you should enroll in a combination of these for a total of 30 ECTS.  This equals 15 U.S. credits.  Review the most recent list of courses for international exchange students in order to select your classes, but keep in mind that course offerings are not finalized until the start of the semester, so you should have a number of backup courses approved just in case. In addition, French language classes are available at the beginner, intermediate, or advanced level.
