University of Belgrano
Study at this prestigious private university founded in 1964 and located in one of Buenos Aires' best neighborhoods. Study Spanish with students from all over the world at Belgrano's state of the art facilities. Classes are taught in Spanish or English. Porteños (people from Buenos Aires) have a very distinct Spanish accent, due to their Italian heritage. Learning Spanish in Argentina will prepare you for speaking Spanish anywhere.

Academics & Curriculum
Students enroll in 15 credit hours of coursework at the University of Belgrano. Most class offerings will be in Spanish, although it is possible to take nearly a full course load in English-taught subjects. Elective classes and classes with locals can vary in size from 8 to 35 students, while language classes have just 8-12 students. Language classes are typically held in the morning. For those who choose to take any elective classes or classes with locals, these can be enjoyed during any part of the day.
The University is housed in a modern building in the heart of the Belgrano district. It has ample study areas, a nice café, spacious cafeteria, computer labs, a library, and many offices dedicated to student life.
